Inspired after reading Exodus 2. The people of Israel find themselves in slavery and groan, crying out to the Lord for help. That cry comes to God who not only heard, but knew. That is the only time that phrase is used in the Bible, in hearing the pain of His people and knowing, to which He then gave rescue in the form of Moses. We now have that communication. No matter the bondage: We cry out, God hears, God knows, and God saves.
