This is a really good design. I feel like Red is White kind of "lacks" shirts that are more feminine... So, it is nice to see good designs that ban be for girls!

I love the flow and feel of this one. Really Like your description too.
It looks like the design would go over the body onto the sleeve. Is that what you mean? That there would be a break in the design and it would continue on the sleeve? Or does it all stay on the front of the shirt. The placement looks too low to be going across the shoulder. Can't tell from the picture you included. Just curious.

The outline around the circle on the left is so harsh, drawing attention to itself away from the remaining elements in the design. That is not the most attractive part of the design, try downplaying it a bit with a more neutral color or smaller stroke size, resulting in a more cohesive design. Remove the airplane from the design. Nice color palette and placement.

I don't understand the designer notes and I don't know anything about design (which might just be why I don't understand the designer notes...hmmm) but, unlike most of the other shirts, I'd wear this one.
