love the concept. not sure about the bird's placement

The birds feet look like boobs (not trying to offend anyone, just critiquing the design here) maybe if they weren't drawn like that it wouldn't be so odd looking. Bring the feet down lower.
Why is there a big black abyss to left of "for freedom"? Doesn't go with the concept, don't know why it is there unless you are trying too hard to give the design a "grunge" style.
The typeface chosen for "Free" is almost illegible and I'm not sure that it goes well with the style of the design. It doesn't mesh well with the typeface chosen for "for freedom" If you are going to use that typeface for "Free" change one of the two e's so they don't have the exact same treatment with the line running through. It gives it variation, shows that you didn't just type it out and slap it on the design.

i like this. to be honest, i didn't notice the placement of the bird being an issue until i read the comments. it doesn't bother me.

the style of the bird and the balance of the design seem to be in conflict - the concept is okay - rework the art.
