Will my church, ministry, mission get a discount? Can you help us fundraise?
We currently offer standard discounts to churches, ministries, missions, and work with groups to determine quantity discounts on a purchase by purchase basis. In addition, we have lots of ideas around fundraising to help your group. Just email us at help@rediswhite.com for details.
RETURNS
What is your return policy? Do you provide refunds or credit?
Red is White cannot issue refunds, but if you send us back a new, unwashed tee in its original condition we will credit your account. Just email help@rediswhite.com and we’ll email you the return label to send your shirt back. Please include the form to let us know why you’re returning and whether you need an exchange or an account credit.
Will you pay for return shipping?
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, send it back regular mail and we’ll reimburse you for shipping. If you ordered the wrong size or item, you pay for return shipping, and we pay to ship it to you again- it all evens out :)
SHIRTS
What brand tees do you use and how do they fit?
Our tees are lightweight and soft. For Guys tees we usually order Anvil tees unless a specific color is not available, then we’ll go with Pima, which is a slighter smaller fit. For Gals tees, we stick to Bella’s longer fitted tees that fit through the hip. We’ve heard the Bella tees usually run a size smaller than most, so we suggest ordering a size up. We consciously choose not to print on American Apparel, as we are uncomfortable with their explicit marketing campaigns.
ORDERING
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter a coupon code during the first step of the checkout process. See the Discount section and the space to enter the Code. You can only use ONE code per order. The coupon amount will be deducted off the order.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you have questions about the order you placed, you can email help@rediswhite.com. We will do our best to accommodate your changes if we haven’t fully processed your order.
Is your payment gateway secure?
RedisWhite uses the third party Shopify for it’s cart, which is a secure site and payment gateway. In addition, we vow to never release any personal information to 3rd party marketers.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We use USPS for all our shipping. Costs will vary based on the weight of the items. We do our best to ship items by the next business day. We keep our shipping rates as close to the actual USPS rates as possible based on product weight.
Can I stop by and pick up my order?
Ummm, not so much.
Can I track my shipment?
You will be emailed a shipping confirmation notice when we ship your item(s). We generally drop packages in the mail USPS First Class to save you money on shipping which doesn’t have a tracking number. If your shirt is taking an unusually long time to arrive let us know. If you need to receive your shirt by a specific day just let us know, we’re pretty accommodating :)
